Volunteer with Treasure Boxes: Delivery Driver & Front Desk team

We’re expanding our volunteer team – do you have the skills we’re looking for?

Delivery Driver (Volunteer Position)
We’re looking for reliable, friendly Delivery Drivers who are passionate about helping SA families in need. As an important part of our despatch team, you will have the rewarding task of delivering quality preloved goods to families.

Key skills:

  • Safe driver, with the ability to tow a trailer
  • Clear driving history

Key tasks:

  • Loading, transporting and delivering items to families
  • Collecting donations from local businesses and donors

Time commitment:

  • We make deliveries on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday between 10am – 2pm, and rotate our delivery team to fit your availability during the above times.

Front Desk Volunteer

We’re looking for warm, welcoming Administration and Front Desk volunteers who will be the face of Treasure Boxes and play a vital role in our organisation. With great admin and customer service skills, you’ll be assisting with donor enquiries and general administration tasks.

Key skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and learning new digital platforms

Key tasks:

  • Answering the Treasure Boxes phone for general enquiries
  • Assisting with administration tasks including data entry and customer service

Time commitment:

We have vacancies within our team on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday (10am – 2pm).
