HE DID IT! 100 KMS. GOAL SMASHED. HEARTS FULL.

Let’s all raise a (very sweaty) standing ovation for the one and only Lucas Sanders, who not only ran an eye-watering 100 kilometres (yes, your knees hurt just thinking about it) – but also achieved his fundraising goal to support children and families through Treasure Boxes!

Lucas has shown us all what can happen when grit meets heart. At just 23, this Boarding School Instructor is not only inspiring the young minds he works with every day – he’s proving that one person can make a massive difference.

With every step, blister and early morning training session, Lucas ran for those who don’t always have the basics – like a cot, clean clothes or a warm blanket. His discipline, dedication and sheer determination have left us in awe – and reminded us that ordinary people can do truly extraordinary things.

We need more Lucas Sanders in this world. Young leaders. Quiet changemakers. Community heroes who choose action over applause, service over spotlight. From all of us at Treasure Boxes – thank you, Lucas. You’re not just a runner. You’re a role model, a legend, and a reminder that the next generation of doers, givers and helpers is already out there… leading the way.
