Treasure Boxes is a pre-intervention, crisis and post-intervention support service designed to make life easier for support organisations. Gone are the days spending time sourcing items from various shops, filling out finance forms and obtaining quotes to access funds to purchase goods, then finding time in your day to deliver goods to your client. We do the work for you, so you can spend your time on more important tasks.
We prepare and deliver these items quickly and efficiently, ensuring your clients immediate needs are met and those most vulnerable in our community are safely cared for.
We provide new and good quality pre-loved items for newborns to 17 year olds, pregnancy essentials, and some items for parents and caregivers.
If you are a support organisation that helps disadvantaged communities, you quality for membership with Treasure Boxes. There are no requirements for requesting assistance for your families. If you have determined they need help, then that’s all we need to know.

The items and packages we provide are designed specifically for long term support.
Our clothing packs contain a 12-month supply of clothing with items that will carry a child through all seasons, or until they grow into the next size – where you are welcome to place another referral for the next size up.
We take safety and quality seriously. Every single item that leaves our warehouse has been carefully quality controlled and comprehensively safety checked to ensure:
✓ it meets current Australian Safety Standards and hasn’t been recalled
✓ items are clean, fully-functioning and not broken or damaged
✓ clothing has no rips, holes or stains, no drawstrings or buttons for young
✓ toiletries are new and in-date
✓ cots and bassinets are stable, with all parts included and the mattress fits correctly
Treasure Boxes can deliver directly to your office or family within metro-Adelaide for a small fee.
Our transport partners can deliver to South Australia’s regional areas including Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Lincoln and Ceduna. Regional deliveries can be quoted individually or purchased as a pre-paid delivery package for easy budgeting.

Your organisation must be a registered member of Treasure Boxes to access our service. Membership is free to join and takes less than 5 minutes to apply.
We have tailored membership packages available depending on your client and organisation’s needs.
Treasure Boxes Members must be a Government department, a childcare or school, or a registered Australian not-for-profit engaged in activities supporting disadvantaged South Australian children and families.
