Families with children under 18 years of age will be able to access our new service. This program provides direct access to quality pre-loved essential items to care for your babies and children from newborn up to 17 years old, with each item priced at approximately 10 – 15% of the retail cost of items, saving you and your family money.

Health Care Card To be eligible to access items, you will need a current Health Care Card and will be asked to provide it when you collect your items. You can access items for immediate family members only as well as emergency foster care or similar circumstances. If you do not have a Health Care Card due to reasons outside of your control (such as having a Bridging Visa, temporary care of a child, change in Centrelink benefits, etc.) please simply let us know on the form below and we will consider it on a case by case basis.

Collection Once you place your request, you will then need to collect it at one of our two locations; Edwardstown or Davoren Park, where you can pay for your items and take them home with you.

Payment Please be sure to bring along your credit or debit card on the day to pay for your items before you bring them home. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash on site. If this service is out of reach for you and you need assistance, please reach out to a support agency who can put in a request for you. 

Confidentiality The information you provide us is confidential and will not be shared externally. We ask for this information so we can provide you with the best support and adapt the program to better suit families like yours in the future.

Other Items If you need other larger items such as nursery furniture, safety gates or baby feeding equipment, we can help but you’ll need to reach out to a support worker to put a referral in for you. Click here to see the list of items we can provide.
