Work with us: Regional Program Coordinator

The Regional Program Coordinator is responsible for the management and execution of the Treasure Boxes Regional Program through regional South Australia to enhance the health and wellbeing of vulnerable Aboriginal and disadvantaged communities.

Working with one of the fastest-growing children’s charities in South Australia, the Regional Program is a government-funded program with the potential to be extended into the future. You will be a highly driven individual, with finely tuned skills in Project Management and an ability to be agile and think outside the box. Creativity and a humanitarian spirit will bode you well in this role, as the program still requires a degree of adaption and fine-tuning. As this is a new but far-reaching project, it has the potential to be delivered at a national level within the next 12 months.

In this role, you will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with regional support agencies to ensure vital essentials reach regional communities in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to research the current need and have a high level of cultural awareness in coordinating with indigenous agencies and communities.

Your responsibilities will include being a liaison point for support agencies and government departments while helping strategise and implement the program and delivery in line with the Treasure Boxes Strategic Plan. Day-to-day you may draft reports, create or coordinate content, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met as directed by the government brief.
